Let’s catch Ubud’s absolute best morning views and jungle vibes!
If your main goal in Bali is to capture those stunning, green, postcard-perfect jungle shots while experiencing the island’s legendary nature, this trip was practically made for you. We are hitting the hills of Ubud early while the air is still cool and fresh, moving from a peaceful ridge walk straight into adrenaline-pumping swings and a hidden canyon waterfall. It’s a photographer's dream day out.
Morning Ridges and Iconic Rice Terraces
We’ll kick off bright and early at the Campuhan Ridge Walk. Trust me, catching this trail right as the morning sun breaks through the mist, illuminating the lush green valleys on both sides, is pure magic. Once we’ve stretched our legs, we’ll make a short drive up to Alas Harum Bali Swing. This is where you get those epic, gravity-defying photos flying high over the jungle canopy with a massive backdrop of fields. Right next door, we'll explore the famous Tegallalang Rice Terrace. We’ll take a relaxed stroll through the iconic, stepped emerald paddies and admire the ancient, traditional subak irrigation system that keeps it all beautifully green.
Cooling Off at a Hidden Gem
To wrap up an amazing day of exploring, we’ll skip the crowded tourist tracks and head to the secluded Manuaba Waterfall. Tucked away in a quiet village, this hidden gem is reached via a short walk down a scenic jungle trail. The waterfall cascades into a peaceful, natural canyon pool surrounded by thick, wild ferns. It’s the perfect, untouched spot to escape the afternoon heat, splash your face with crisp mountain water, and unwind completely before our private car carries you back to your hotel.
