Terms & Conditions

All prices are quoted in Indonesian Rupiahs (IDR).
Rates include taxes, gasoline, and parking fees.
Toll road is optional (Rp 15,000).
Payment can be made via bank transfer, PayPal, or other available methods. Transaction fees may apply.
Bookings are confirmed only after full payment is received.

For airport pickup, guests must provide flight number and full name.
Guests must provide accurate accommodation details (hotel/villa name, Google Maps link if needed).
Confirmation will be sent via email or WhatsApp with booking details.

Cancellations less than 24 hours before service are non‑refundable.
Cancellations more than 24 hours before service are refundable (minus transaction fees).
No‑show or late arrival is considered cancellation without refund.
If BaliTourHub.Com or the provider cancels due to safety/weather, guests may choose reschedule or refund.

Provide accurate personal and booking details.
Arrive on time at the meeting point.
Guests are responsible for their own belongings.
Any damage or loss of equipment provided during tours must be covered by the guest.
Guests should have valid travel insurance covering health and personal safety.
Guests must follow instructions from guides/drivers for safety.

BaliTourHub.Com acts only as a booking intermediary.
We are not liable for delays, cancellations, accidents, weather, government actions, or circumstances beyond our control.
By booking, guests agree they cannot pursue legal claims against BaliTourHub.Com.
